Part-time and Seasonal Employees

Before FranHealth/LyfeBank, employers had few decent options to offer health benefits to part-time employees and basically no options to offer them to seasonal workers. It usually is simply too costly to cover a full health insurance premium for an employee who is not a full-time worker. As a result, few part-timers and almost no seasonal workers qualify for benefits and managers must closely monitor employee schedules to make sure excluded employees don't work extra hours and inadvertently qualify for the company's group insurance plan.

FranHealth/LyfeBank changes the game with our "benefits by the hour" program. With FranHealth/LyfeBank you can cover any type of employee simply and affordably with an hourly health benefits contribution, enabling them to access health services and individual policies of their choice. Managers have more flexibility with schedules because extra hours give rise only to extra hourly benefits, not a full insurance premium.

Whether and which part-time and seasonal employees to cover remains the employer's choice. Different contribution amounts can be set for different categories of employees with FranHealth/LyfeBank's flexible system. We are delighted at the positive response we are getting from employers who see our hourly benefits program as a key new tool to help attract and retain pert-time and seasonal staff.

Foreign National Workers

How does one provide healthcare for a foreign national working in the US?
This question has perplexed companies and governments. FranHealth/LyfeBank has the answer.
Whether your employee is a codewriter from Poland working in Redmond, WA or a farmworker from Mexico working in Georgia, we can now get them healthcare. Plus, we can let your employee help pay for family medical expenses back in their home country.

A foreign national is just like every other employee, they may have one job or several. With FranHealth/LyfeBank, they can earn health care contribution dollars from one or more of their enrolled FranHealth/LyfeBank employers . The earned healthcare funds are deposited into the employee's FranHealth/LyfeBank account.

Your employee can then pay for a doctor's visit in the US, purchase a health insurance policy, dental policy, vision policy etc. with their FranHealth/LyfeBank account. And back in their home country, a dependent child can be taken to the doctor, get a prescription filled and send the receipts back to FranHealth/LyfeBank. The medical expenses are then paid out of available funds in your employee's FranHealth/LyfeBank account. This works the same if a US resident is in a foreign country as a tourist or employee and incurs medical expenses. Those healthcare costs are also eligible for reimbursement from his or her FranHealth/LyfeBank account. FranHealth/LyfeBank works in every State and in every country for employers and employees.
